Bacon Egg & Cheese Sandwich

Scrumptious and super easy breakfast sandwiches made in minutes. 
English Muffins 
Bacon
Shredded Cheese
Eggs
1. Lightly butter the muffins and toast in pan or under broiler. (I had to use my pan because my bacon was enjoying its sizzle session under the broiler) 
It's just music to my ears to hear bacon sizzle & pop. THEN you open that oven and your face is steamed with all that bacon goodness. LOVE
2. Fry your eggs to however your heart desires (i like my over easy with the yolk slightly runny, then you can sop up the goodies with your sandwich!)
3. Sprinkle the eggs with cheese, watch it melt. 
4. Assemble your sandwich and make sure you have extra pieces of bacon to nibble on!
YUM in my hungry tummy!
