Strawberry Cake Ball

In the realm of cake balls:
you DON'T hold back (no ifs, ands, or buts)
you DON'T utter the words "Oh i'm on a diet, can't"
you DO eat 1 or 2 or maybe even a dozen
you DO share them with your loved ones watching their faces gleam of pure bliss

Ingredients needed:
-Cake Mix
-Icing
-Chocolate
-Decor
There are two routes in making cake balls: [1] Gourmet it up [2] Simple it down
Gourmet it up
1. Make cake batter and icing from scratch 2. Double broiler quality chocolate chips for dippage
Simple it down
1. Use a cake mix and add in a tub of icing [No one will ever know, i'll keep your secret :)] 2. Melt almond bark/candiquik in microwave.
Whether you decide to gourmet it up or simple it down there are standard guidelines to follow.
1. Bake cake and allow it to cool completely, then crumble.
2. Add in icing and mix to form a dough like thick mixture ... quickly take a spoonful of the mixture
3. Form into balls [spoon or cookie dough scoop] and cool

4. If you want to make them pops go ahead and stick em'. Roll balls in melted chocolate and place on wax/parchment paper
5. Fashion them up with a variety of toppings and decorations
>You've waited a long time, go ahead I beg you. Devour BUT take it slow. Let your teeth aggressively crack into the chocolate layer THEN HALTslowly sink your teeth into the fluffy, smooth, teeth tingling sweet center THEN go aggressive again and chomp away. It's the aggressive passive approach
