Nutella Chocolate Covered Bacon Cupcake

Are you looking at my title and thinking "is this girl serious?" How could I not be serious? Everyone (except me) LOVES chocolate and bacon. I don't remember what tickled me to create this cupcake but I just knew it HAD to be done. You've got your savory salty and your sugary sweets in this. Bacon, Korean style

Pork belly get in my belly! Koreans love to BBQ: Beef, Chicken, Pork, Seafood in all types of marinades. Most meats are marinated in a sweet garlic soy sauce. Other meats are smothered with a spicy fermented red pepper paste. My favorite choice is the pork belly. It is uncured, thick cut and mighty delicious! On the left is a mixture of kimchi and bean sprouts to eat along with the bacon.
